What’s encompassed by ADR 113 and what’s required to conduct compliant testing?
ADR 113 introduces new requirements for vehicle noise emissions and builds on technical requirements established under ADR 80. As the new standard came into effect, Smedley’s became the first test facility approved by the Federal Department to undertake ADR 113 testing.
Noise testing under these ADRs requires carefully selected test environments that meet strict technical criteria. Smedley’s has established access to approved testing environments, allowing our experienced engineering team to undertake both ADR 80 and ADR 113 testing for our clients.
